Weldobelle Gardens

Weldobelle Gardens, also written Weldo Belle Gardens, is a gated garden venue on the Eldoret–Iten Highway in the farmland north of Eldoret. It sits about 10 kilometres out of town, roughly a 20-minute drive from the CBD. The grounds are open every day from 8am to 5pm, and the venue invites planners to walk them before booking, with free site visits and no appointment needed.

The venue is built around open lawns and mature trees rather than a hall. For large events the lawn is leased by the day, with tents, staging and sound welcome and access to set up the day before. The grounds also hold the Sagit Spa, which offers herbal steam, massage and plant-based treatments, a landscaped mini-golf course winding through rock gardens and flowerbeds, and a giant chess board with hand-carved pieces beside a thatched banda. No guest capacity is published; the venue confirms numbers and layout once it knows the size of the event.

The gardens are offered for weddings, graduations, corporate team-building days, launch parties, concerts, festivals, church services and fundraisers. Smaller groups come for baby and bridal showers, birthdays, picnics, barbecues, chama afternoons, proposals and photo shoots, with no minimum spend for picnics and family days.

Weldobelle describes itself as a canvas rather than a package: clients bring their own décor and caterer, confirming the caterer at booking so access and setup can be planned. A photographer is available on request, there are washrooms on site and parking is free. Events run within the 8am to 5pm opening hours, and later finishes can be arranged in advance. Quotes depend on the date, guest numbers and hours, and a deposit holds the day. Enquiries go by phone, by email or through the form on its website, and the venue posts updates on Instagram.
