Trademark Hotel is a 215-room design hotel on Limuru Road in Gigiri, Nairobi's diplomatic district, built onto the Village Market shopping and leisure complex. It belongs to the same owners as Tribe Hotel next door and is a member of Design Hotels. The UN offices and the US Embassy are about 500 metres away, the city centre roughly 10 kilometres, and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport about 25 kilometres.

Its main event space is the Trademark Ballroom, a minimalist room that opens onto outdoor space. As one room it takes up to 550 people theatre-style, 500 for a cocktail reception and 450 for a banquet according to the hotel's website, although an older factsheet puts the banquet figure at 320. The ballroom divides into three conference rooms of 125 to 177 square metres, each seating 170 to 200 theatre-style or 90 to 120 for a banquet. Six smaller meeting rooms of 23 to 59 square metres handle boardroom meetings and workshops for up to about 40.

The hotel pitches its conference facilities at business events, with an emphasis on technology and sustainability, and markets the ballroom for weddings. Its wedding brochure describes bespoke receptions, from candlelit dinners to larger celebrations, with a rooftop setting offered for champagne receptions before guests move into the ballroom.

Food and drink come from the hotel's own kitchens and bars. Its restaurants include Harvest, an open-grill brasserie with a walk-in wine room, along with Hero, BangBang Thai Kitchen and Pasta Republic, and the factsheet also lists a deli bar, a tapas lounge and a swimming pool. Guest rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, so out-of-town delegates and wedding parties can stay on site, and guests can use the Kaya spa at neighbouring Tribe Hotel. Village Market's shops, restaurants and banks are a short walk away, and Karura Forest is nearby for a break between sessions.
