Gigiri Lion Villas is a small boutique hotel group in Gigiri, the diplomatic quarter of north Nairobi, made up of two villa properties a short distance apart: Villa I on United Nations Crescent and Villa II on Gigiri Drive, just off United Nations Avenue. Both sit within easy reach of the UN offices, the US Embassy and Village Market, and the hotel aims mainly at diplomatic and business travellers.

Its meeting space is listed as two rooms. The larger, the LV3 Conference Room on a lower level, takes up to 150 people theatre-style, 100 at a banquet, 80 in a classroom layout or 170 for a standing reception, and has natural light, built-in screens and audiovisual equipment. The GLV 2 Board Room on the ground floor is an 80-square-metre space for about 15 around a boardroom table or 35 theatre-style, with built-in screens and a small stage. These figures come from a booking directory, so it is worth confirming them with the hotel.

The two rooms are laid out for meetings rather than large parties: boardroom sessions, classroom-style training, presentations with screens and video conferencing, conferences and small corporate receptions, particularly for organisations based around the UN complex. The villas have also been used for private social gatherings such as a bridal shower, held in one of the sitting areas.

The hotel has a business centre, free Wi-Fi, a coffee shop, 24-hour reception and room service, a swimming pool and a gym, and on-site parking behind a gated, guarded compound. Guests attending a multi-day meeting can stay in the villas' deluxe and superior rooms or suites.
