About this space

Elmer Resort & Spa is a villa resort on the Naivasha–Murungaru road, about 15 minutes' drive from the Naivasha–Nakuru highway, in the Rift Valley with views towards the Aberdare Ranges. Tour operators put it roughly two to three hours by road from central Nairobi.

Accommodation is spread across 15 villas, each split into four suites with a private jacuzzi and a fireplace, giving 60 suites in all. For meetings and events, the resort says its conference facilities can seat up to 300 guests, with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces and well-kept lawns for open-air sessions. One tour operator also mentions smaller halls for seminars and private meetings. The resort does not publish a room-by-room capacity chart, so layouts and numbers for each space should be confirmed with its team.

Its events offer is aimed mainly at organisations: conferences, workshops, corporate retreats and team-building programmes, alongside private events and celebrations under its Meet & Celebrate banner. A tour operator listing also names weddings among the occasions the resort caters for, and residential groups can combine sessions with an overnight stay.

The resort supplies a full audio-visual kit for events, and a dedicated support team looks after each booking. Dining is at the Aberdare Restaurant, which serves local and international dishes, with drinks at the County Bar and at the outdoor Zama Bar, which has fire pits. Guests can also use the swimming pool and book boat rides and cycling, while tour operator listings mention massage services, free parking, Wi-Fi and airport transfers. Published 2026 resident rates for a luxury villa suite start at KES 17,000 a night for a single on half board. Enquiries go to the reservations team by phone or email, or through the corporate enquiry form on the resort's website.
