Trans Nzoia County, Kenya – 2/5/2025 – Get ready to conquer rugged terrain for a great cause at the Mt. Elgon Jumbocharge 4×4 Offroad Challenge, happening on Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the breathtaking Kiptogot Forest, Mt. Elgon, Trans Nzoia County.
Hosted by Jumbo Charge Trust, this high-adrenaline motorsport event goes beyond thrills—it’s a powerful platform for environmental restoration, awareness, and action. Now in its first edition of 2025 and officially part of the National Offroad Championship, this event brings together offroaders, nature lovers, and conservationists in a unique celebration of adventure and sustainability.

Whether you’re a seasoned driver or a curious first-timer, the Mt. Elgon 4×4 Challenge offers a welcoming and thrilling offroad experience tailored for all skill levels. It’s not just about speed—it’s about skill, control, and grit, set against the rugged beauty of the Kiptogot Forest Block.
Proceeds from the event support forest restoration efforts through the “Adopt-a-Forest” program, a partnership between Jumbo Charge Trust and the Kenya Forest Service. In just three years, this initiative has reclaimed 320 hectares of degraded land and planted over 600,000 indigenous trees, working hand-in-hand with local communities.
The Kiptogot venue is now accessible by non-offroad vehicles through an alternative route—simply turn left about 1KM past Mowlem Market. Come for the thrill. Stay for the cause. Karibuni Kiptogot for the ultimate Jumbocharge experience—where horsepower meets purpose!
