Glow & Flow – A Wellness Morning in the Garden has been carefully curated to help participants reconnect with themselves and nature, creating space for balance, calm, and self-discovery. Whether attending solo, with a friend, or as part of a wellness routine, this event promises an uplifting start to the weekend.

The morning begins with a guided mat Pilates session, encouraging participants to move with intention, strengthen their bodies, and deepen their connection with breath. This will be followed by a hands-on candle-making workshop, where each guest will create a custom-scented candle—a keepsake of creativity and calm to take home.

In collaboration with Karak & Go, the experience continues with an engaging matcha chat and demo. Attendees will learn the art of preparing this ancient Japanese tea while sipping on their own freshly whisked matcha, gaining insights into its health benefits and cultural significance.
