Classics at the Coast: The Kenya Conservatoire of Music Returns with a Powerful Orchestral Tour
Nairobi, Kenya – July 25, 2025 — After a five-year hiatus, the Kenya Conservatoire of Music is making a triumphant return to the Coast with “Classics at the Coast,” a breathtaking three-day orchestral concert series set to bring world-class classical music back to Nyali, Vipingo Ridge, and Malindi from 25–27 July 2025.
Audiences will be treated to stirring performances by a 50+ piece orchestra made up of conservatoire students, professional musicians, and passionate artists from across Kenya. With a program featuring timeless works by Beethoven, Sibelius, and Elgar, as well as Kenyan folk-fusion arrangements and original compositions, this concert series promises to be a musical and cultural celebration like no other.
